The creation of Savet Inc. in 2004 can be said to be one of the most significant landmarks in the career of Tai Savetsila. By then, he had already branched out on his own and was dabbling in real estate dealings from his own lending firm. He was selling homes to a prestigious bunch of clientele including producers, actors and several entertainment executives. The creation of a brand new corporation helped him to go a step further by increasing his offered range of services.
Along with selling and buying properties, Savet Inc. also took up other responsibilities such as proposing diverse lending options to prospective buyers. The best thing about this corporation was that it paid personal attention to each and every client’s requirements with regard to real estate investment. Savetsila knew the significance of marketing in the present scenario and therefore tried to incorporate innovative marketing techniques and strategies for his clients. It was essentially a graphic/web design and dynamic and innovative marketing firm. The main idea behind setting up this firm was to provide superior service in the area of web designing. A number of creative designers, experienced programmers, flash and 3D animation professional and artistic designers were hired to deliver the best to his clients.
